The yoga tradition speaks about an ethical value that is particularly relevant for the 21st century: Ahimsa – translated as non-harming or non-injury. Ahimsa challenges us to look at our own tendencies and the choices we make in our lives. Ahimsa is also a lens with which to view the journey of human evolution and our sacred relationship to the earth's environment.

An Anusara Yoga workshop that explores how the "Loops" in the lower and upper body help to create greater refinement and balanced action in the postures.The application of loops takes our experience of asana to a more subtle level of experience and understanding, and opens us to new heights of awareness and delight in our practice. During this workshop you will discover the effects of the loops on your own body, as well as how they enhance the transformational power of the asanas.

It contains a variety of learning modalities and spiritual practices for delving the profound meaning of this text and applying it to real life situations.
The Bhagavad Gita is one of the most pivotal scriptual texts of the yoga tradition. Study of the Bhagavad Gita is a fundamental practice for people who are ready to deepen their level of understanding and experience of spiritual teachings, and advance in their study of yoga.
